Accessing the CRM

Your access link depends on whether you want to land in the ApplyWeb CRM or Classic Mode initially. Once you are in the system, you can move back and forth between ApplyWeb CRM and Classic Mode as long as you have the correct permissions.

The system may ask you to log into your institutions system after clicking your access link. After you are logged in the browser will redirect to the chosen User Interface.

Bookmarking the URL in your browser: We encourage you to bookmark the ApplyWeb CRM after  you access it for the first time.

Please Note: The URL redirects. After you bookmark the site, you will need to edit the bookmark (right-click on the bookmark to edit in most browsers) so it is saved as your access URL.

Access ApplyWeb CRM

Link to access the Admit Records in ApplyWeb CRM:

You must replace [YOUR_INST] with the exact name for your institution in the CollegeNET system. If you are unsure the exact name, click the Submit a Request button on the top right.

Link to access the Worklist:

https://admit.applyweb.com/admit/shibboleth/[YOUR_INST]?apptype=v2&return_to=/admit/evaluate/worklist

Depending on your permissions you may land in Admit first. From Admit, click on the bars in the top right corner of the screen to move over to Prospect.

Access Classic Mode

Trouble Accessing ApplyWeb CRM

There are various reasons a person might have trouble accessing ApplyWeb CRM:

  • You do not have a user set up in Admit or Prospect. You will see this message or similar: "An error has occurred: User not found." Ask your admissions administrator to ensure you have permissions.
  • You are clicking a bookmark link that is not one of the links above. 
  • You are failing to log into your school's system. 
  • You are working from home and the school's VPN is causing problems.

If you are having trouble accessing the CRM from home, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. If you are using your school's VPN from home, try turning off the VPN and refreshing your browser.

2. If you use ApplyWeb CRM, try logging in to ApplyWeb CRM directly rather than accessing through Classic Mode. To do this, add "?apptype=v2" to the end of the login URL. For example, if you typically access the CRM at 

https://admit.applyweb.com/admit/shibboleth/yourschoolname

instead navigate to 

https://admit.applyweb.com/admit/shibboleth/yourschoolname?apptype=v2
