Supported Browsers
The latest versions of the following browsers are officially supported for use with ApplyWeb products:
- Firefox
- Chrome
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge
Other browsers render our pages and features well, but are not officially supported browsers. When using other than the recommended browsers, there may be minor display differences due to variations in implementation of Web standards.
If you are having trouble accessing the CRM from home, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If you are using your school's VPN from home, try turning off the VPN and refreshing your browser.
2. If you use ApplyWeb CRM, try logging in directly rather than accessing through Classic Mode. To do this, add "?apptype=v2" to the end of the login URL. For example, if you typically access the CRM at
https://admit.applyweb.com/admit/shibboleth/yourschoolname
instead navigate to
https://admit.applyweb.com/admit/shibboleth/yourschoolname?apptype=v2
For more information on ApplyWeb Browser requirements, see our Help Center article, Supported Browsers.
Troubleshooting
When using the Classic Mode in Chrome, you may find you are unable to enter text in the filter fields at the top of columns if your view is zoomed in or out.
When the problem is occurring, you will see your mouse pointer as an arrow and will be unable to click into the filter fields. You will also notice that the filter fields are slightly off-center from the columns they appear above:
To enable text input again, adjust your zoom level under View > Zoom In/Out to an interval of 25% (50%, 75%, 100%, 125%, etc.) and refresh the page.
If you need to work at a zoom level that is not an interval of 25%, refresh the page at 100% zoom, then adjust the zoom level again to the desired amount.
When the filter fields are active and working, you will see a text cursor when hovering over the fields instead of an arrow:
